Inception Group gathered as a company at The Leicester Square Theatre for the first time since January 2020 for our company conference, followed by a belated Christmas Party! Co-founder, Charlie Gilkes, reflected on a very challenging two years navigating Covid and the vision for the group, before Operations Director, Robin Kay, set out our company values and commitments and the Directors answered in a Q&A session. Afterwards, we all partied the night away at the brilliant Percy’s on High Street Kensington.
