This International Women’s Day, we brought together the incredible women of Inception Group for a moment to pause, re-connect and celebrate.
From Head Office to venue leadership, it was a chance to strengthen connections with colleagues we may not see every day and celebrate the people who help shape our company. The day began with a guided wellness session at Breath7, where the team took part in a 30 minute guided meditation followed by a restorative sound bath experience. It was a chance to slow down, reset and focus, something we rarely give ourselves time to do in a fast paced hospitality environment.
Afterwards, everyone gathered at Mr Fogg’s Botanical Tavern & Treehouse for a special team lunch, with a healthy menu curated by our Head of Catering, Michaela featuring fresh salads and desserts, alongside a few celebratory treats. To end this eventful morning, all our female employees also received goodie bags including a bottle of St Germain with miniature bottles from Moët & Chandon and sweet treats from Guylian. Moments like this are a reminder that while our industry moves quickly, taking time to recognise, support and celebrate the women behind it is just as important.
