This May, sixty of Inception Group’s managers headed to Athens, Greece, and embarked on our annual conference. As well as reflecting on key achievements of the past year, we identified areas for improvement and outlined our exciting future plans! True to Inception’s spirit, the group split into teams to participate in our annual group challenge, which involved engaging in team-building tasks throughout the city, drawing inspiration from Greek culture. After two action-packed days, brimming with adventure, unforgettable moments and inspirational experiences, the company trip served as a perfect platform to communicate key messages and foster connections between colleagues from different departments and venues.
