Modelled on a disused post office, the new opening will transport guests back to post-war 1940s, where The Scoundrels have commandeered a mail depot to carry out their illicit activities, featuring dazzling cocktails, swing dancing and sing-a-longs. As guests enter, they are met with an innocuous Post Office desk, surrounded by mail room paraphernalia, before being checked in by The Scoundrels’ official look out, keeping guests out of site from those suspicious coppers, who no doubt will be sniffing around Borough’s latest illicit and experiential cocktail bar. The central focal point will be a pneumatic tube system, a first for a London bar which will deliver a range of cocktails to certain tables.
