Calling all Dirty Dancers! This year, prepare for Valentine’s Day by pulling your baby out of the corner, fastening up your dancing shoes and getting ready for the time of your life. On Thursday 16 February, Maggie’s will join forces with Jack Daniels and Chambord to host an entire evening dedicated to celebrating the cult classic.
Arguably the most romantic film ever made, this year marks exactly 30 years since Dirty Dancing was first released. To honour the occasion, Maggie’s is throwing open its doors to celebrate the marvellous movie’s 30-year milestone.
Why not rescue your old ballet shoes, tie up your T-shirt or temporarily perm your hair? As always, attendees will be encouraged to don their best Dirty Dancing outfits and channel characters from the film. Whether you’re whisking away your other half, or hoping to scout out your very own Swayze, the nostalgic night is set to be the ultimate Valentine’s calendar event.
