This role is all about designing and implementing top-notch training programs across our venues, fostering continuous learning, and boosting operational excellence. Plus, we look forward to seeing some fresh creativity and ideas being infused into our strategies.
A few highlights of the role include:
- Crafting and managing various training initiatives for all levels of employees.
- Creating flexible training content, from videos to workshops and hands-on coaching.
- Steering our management development offerings while providing direct coaching and mentoring from junior to senior managers.
- Promoting our inclusive and positive workplace culture to enhance employee engagement.
