On Thursday ay, 25th January 2018, just after the New Year and right before Mr Fogg shoots off on his 2019 world tour, he and his household staff will host Bruton Lane’s annual Burns Night celebration.
Glenfidich Scotch whisky is partnering with Mr Fogg’s for an evening of bagpipes, haggis canapés and poetry recitals. Guests will be welcomed with a glass of Glenfidich Scotch whisky, a delightful performance from an accomplished bagpiper then a communal ‘toast the haggis’ that will be followed by delicious Mac & Wild Haggis Pops. Poetry recitals will be rife, as will tartan kilts, naturally.
In true Scottish spirit, all household staff shall also be temporarily swapping their traditional Gieves & Hawkes military uniforms and adorning kilts and sporrans with guest encouraged to take part in traditional dress too, though not compulsory.
